To guarantee places on a specific Programme, payment - either by cheque or credit card - must be received 7 days before the commencement date of the Programme.

Every effort will be made to meet your chosen dates, however should a Programme be full we will offer you alternative dates.

The Booking form is used as our request for payment, all payments will be acknowledged with a receipt.

If you cancel but wish to move your booking to a future Programme we are happy to arrange this for you. However, if an alternative date is not practical we will arrange a refund of your fee less a service charge of 15% against all cancellations received in writing at our offices no later than 15 days before the start date of the Programme. If notice of cancellation is received during the 15 days preceding the date of the Programme a charge of 50% will be made. If notice of cancellation is received within 7 days of the date of the programme a charge of 100% will be made.

Delegates can be substituted at any time without charge. We would ask, however, that notification of any changes be made to our offices prior to the programme.

In the unlikely event of a programme having to be cancelled, STC will offer delegates an alternative date or full refund if an alternative date cannot be agreed.

Our programme fees do not include accommodation at venue hotels. However, special rates are normally available if accommodation is required. Simply indicate on the online request/booking form on this website if you require accommodation.
